Holding deposit -  1 week’s rent

 

Loss of key - £25 inc vat

Loss of other security device - cost depending on supplier

 

Amendment to tenancy agreement - £50 inc vat

 

Early termination - £474 inc vat

(fee for finding new tenant, payment of rent due until new tenancy start date)
